Vision Leadership Institute (VLI) operates in the
following programmatic areas:
Leadership
Violence
Substance
  Abuse Prevention                                                                    
Academic Enrichment
Health Promotion
Leadership Program
Purpose: Coordinate and host leadership conferences and forums with various agencies. Youth are provided the opportunity and support to form leadership clubs in their schools and communities to promote change.
Violence and Substance Abuse Prevention Program
Purpose: Promote non-violent solutions to conflict through leadership training, positive alternatives, empowerment, and peer intervention. Host forums to combat and significantly reduce drug abuse.
Academic Program
Purpose: Promote and encourage academic excellence through forums and conferences. Provide youth with college, scholarship, PSAT, SAT, and technical college information and resources through college fairs. This program includes basic computer training and library utilization skills.
Health Promotion Program
Purpose: Promote and encourage dialogue and community action in health issues with an emphasis on women and youth.

We have worked with youth from diverse backgrounds and employ proven techniques for successful trainings and interventions.  We can provide on-site training or host small groups at our facilities.
